How to Apply for Admission at Hem Sheela Model School

There are two ways to apply for admission at Hem Sheela Model School: the Offline Process and the Online Process.

  • Step 1: Collect the Application Form and Prospectus

    • Visit the school counter.
    • Pay Rs 900/- in cash or through debit or credit card.
    • Collect the printed application form and prospectus.

  • Step 2: Fill and Submit the Form

    • Complete the application form with all the required details.
    • Attach all necessary documents as mentioned in the form.
    • Submit the filled application form along with the attachments at the school office counter within the given time frame.

  • Step 1: Access the Online Application Form

    • Visit the school’s official website.
    • Navigate to the admissions section and find the online application form.

  • Step 2: Fill the Online Form

    • Enter all the required details in the online application form.
    • Upload scanned copies of  the  documents marked as red *.

  • Step 3: Make the Payment

    • At the bottom of the online form, there will submit button.
    • On pressing submit a screen for verification code will appear.
    • Your 4 digit verification code is in your Mail box.
    • open your Email to get verification code and put it in the desired location.
    • on writing correct verification code, the next step is the online payment
    • Pay Rs 900/- through the online payment gateway.
    • Note down the transaction details for future reference.

  • Step 4: Acknowledgement Slip

    • After the successful transaction, you will receive an acknowledgment slip in your registered Email.
    • This slip can be shown during the admission test (if required) or at the time of admission.
